Welcome to Expansion Maternal Care. I’m a birth doula and prenatal yoga specialist with over 15 years of personal yoga practice and three years of teaching experience. My work is rooted in the belief that birth is not only powerful—it is truly magical—and that every birthing person deserves to feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their journey.

Expansion Doula Package

$2,500

I offer one wholistic birth doula package. As your birth doula, my role is to help you move from fear into trust—trust in your body, your voice, and your ability to birth in a way that feels right for you. Through personalized childbirth education and at least two prenatal visits, we’ll co-create a birth and postpartum plan that reflects your values, preferences, and goals. I’ll also guide your partner so they feel confident and equipped to support you during labor and the early postpartum period, creating a team dynamic where you feel truly held. If you’re interested, I can incorporate gentle prenatal yoga practices to help you build connection, strength, and calm throughout your pregnancy. From 38 weeks until your baby arrives, I am on call for you, offering consistent, grounding support when you need it most. During labor, I bring a calm, compassionate, and at times lighthearted presence—drawing on my background as a teacher and yoga instructor—to help you stay centered, informed, and empowered to advocate for your needs. Beyond birth, I connect you with a trusted network of perinatal professionals, including chiropractors, physical therapists, postpartum doulas, pediatricians, lactation consultants, sleep consultants, and other community resources, so you feel supported every step of the way.

Weekly Classes

Bump & Flow

Mondays 4:30-5:30pm

Bump & Flow is a nurturing prenatal yoga class designed to support you in preparing both body and mind for labor and delivery. Through 45 minutes of mindful, intentional movement, you’ll build strength, stamina, and flexibility while learning breathing techniques that help you stay calm, focused, and empowered as you welcome your baby.

Each class concludes with 15 minutes of deep relaxation accompanied by a soothing sound bath, allowing you to fully rest, connect with your baby, and integrate the work of the practice. Bump & Flow offers a supportive space to move with purpose, breathe with intention, and prepare confidently for birth.

Giggles & Grounding

Saturdays 9:30-10:30am

Giggles & Grounding is a gentle, supportive mommy-and-baby yoga class designed for mamas and their non-mobile little ones. This 45-minute flow focuses on rebuilding strength, restoring flexibility, and reconnecting with your body in the postpartum season—while your baby stays close by your side.

We honor the beautiful reality of motherhood here: babies may coo, cry, or need cuddles—and that’s all part of the experience. This is a welcoming, supportive space where you can move, breathe, and connect with other women who truly understand this season of life. Class ends with a 15-minute sound bath to help both you and your baby settle into deep relaxation and grounding.
